Logistics and Details

Registration Fee: We are asking participants to pay an $850 registration fee to cover costs such as meals, guest speaker stipends, and learning excursion transportation. 

Hotel: We have a block of rooms reserved at the Loews Ventana Canyon, at a reduced rate of $239/night. After registering, you will be sent a link to directly book your rooms. Please let us know if you plan to attend the convening but are not staying at the hotel. 

Travel: Participants are responsible for booking and paying for their own travel, unless otherwise stipulated in your invitation. 

Scholarships/Stipends: We are prioritizing the voices of educators and leaders of color with a set of funds dedicated to paying for their travel expenses and registration. We also have opportunities for folks to step into leadership roles to waive or reduce registration fees, such as leading Day 1 breakout sessions or acting as an official convening storyteller/documentarian.
